Sigmundur Jóhannesson (Simmi)
He has been around horses all his life, and has been with riding tours since 1987. He was born and raised in Syðra-Langholt. He has been breeding horses for many years with good success. He is a passionate breeder and rider.
Arna Þöll Sigmundsdóttir
Arna is Simmi´s daughter and is born and raised in Syðra-Langholt. She has been riding since she was a small girl. Arna has interests in all things concerning the Icelandic horse, training, riding, breeding, and competitions.
Þorsteinn Gunnar Þorsteinsson (Steini)
Steini is Arna´s boyfriend and moved to Syðra-Langholt in 2009. He grew up around horses and started early to ride and trained his first horse himself when he was 13 years old. Steini graduated as a trainer and riding instructor from Hólar University College in 2009.
Steini is training all of our horses and training horses for other people aswell. He is also doing riding courses for people in Iceland and in Denmark.
Svava Marý Þorsteinsdóttir
Svava Marý is Arna‘s and Steini‘s daughter. She is 10 years old and loves horses, she has been riding since she was 2 years old and is already breeding her first foal, Spói frá Syðra-Langholti after Lukku-Láki frá Stóra-Vatnsskarði.
